
Alpha Pi Omega Foundation, a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization, was established in 1993 for the purpose of developing and implementing charitable and educational programs that will improve the condition of men, women, and children in the Knoxville community. The Foundation provides scholarships, educational support and enrichment experiences.
SCHOLARSHIPS
The Foundation awards several freshmen and continuing education scholarships annually to Knox Countians, who attend accredited two- or four- year higher education institutions in the United States. Graduating high school seniors may apply for freshmen scholarships beginning in January; continuing or currently enrolled scholars may apply in October.
SIGNATURE FUNDRAISER
Alpha Pi Omega Foundation has held its signature fundraiser, The Alfredda C. Delaney Scholarship Brunch: An Affair to Remember, annually on the second Saturday in December since 1990.
